verizon wireless ripped me off by giving wrong termination date Internet

 went to verizon wireless retailer to get new phones(2) ask for my contract termination date given as 10/15/2013 proceeded to make a deal could not reach deal went to sprint on 10/16 an made deal. 2 weeks later i get bill for early termination $60.00 each phone plus taxes $130.92 for 5 days early. contract was up now on 10/21/2013. mind you my average bill is only $113. month.spent a few hours on phone and got no where mosty on hold. i even had sales person call to say he made mistake still no help their answer was to go to sprint cancel my contrct and reinstate verizon for 5 days and they would me credit for above amount. an account manager let it slip that this happens alot.in the end it will cost them as my home phone tv and computer are verizon and at this stage i'mm going to dump it all.
