Hi I have been with Verizon wireless fort 4 years. I first bought the voyager and there was so many issues with it that I used the warranty to get a "refurbished" voyager, even thou my original phone was brand new, I had many different kind of issues with the replacement, so I finally accidentally lost the phone and the insurance sent me a new voyager.  The new voyager still had too many issues so I decided to just buy a  different kind of phone. The sales rep from the Verizon store told me to buy the dare touch. So I did, and since i was not eligible for an upgrade I paid over $400 for the one. .. 3 months later the vibrator stopped working and I noticed that I am getting more and more dropped calls. Since the $400 phone was still under warranty I took in and Verizon sent me the dare touch just as refurbished. I was very displeased since I paid well over $400 for a brand new phone and now I am getting a fixed up phone. anyways I thought to my self that if the phone works it's all good. Then I noticed that all the previous owners information was still being kept on the phone, such as her personal text messages, access to her email accounts, access to her yahoo and aim messenger. I was so shocked to see how little verizon really cares about their customers. anyways I deleted all the previous owners information ans started to use the phone. 1 Week later I noticed the screen was flickering, the keys weren't working as it should. bottom line the replacement phone was even worst!!! so I called verizon and explained about how unhappy i was and I really would like to get a NEW phone as a replacement since i bought  a New phone. The customer service agents simply said "there is nothing I can do, if you are unhappy you can pay the early termination fee and leave" I was shocked and upset, I just realized that Verizon Wireless ripped me off!! this is an unacceptable behavior on Verizon wirelss's part and I really wish they would get sued for doing business in such a scandalous manners .


Long term Verizon wireless member who just switched to AT&T They are great by the way!!!
