Hello, I have been attempting to cancel my Verizon Wireless # 570-814-**** since April 10th of 2010

*April 10th, called to cancel, customer service rep asked my if Id like to suspend service and think about it, I agreed but specifically stated several time that I did not want to be rebelled, and that the account would be canceled unless I stated otherwise, she agreed.

********At this point I don't even have a Verizon phone, and have not made one single phone call, or any type of service, this was confirmed by customer service manager(9/08/2010) John(#64645**), and representative Mike(#93057**), by the way I had to argue with them to get their employee numbers*******************

*August... received e-mail stating that my bill was ready and that I owed $109

****immediately(same day as e-mail) called Verizon to see what was going on, they told me my service had (automatically came off suspension and that even though I didn't use the service I was responsible! I insisted they cancel my service again, apparently they did this time!

09/08/2010 received e-mail stating I now owed $229, called Verizon, they stated although my service was canceled that it hit the next billing cycle and that I am now also responsible for these charges!!!!!

Bottom line, I have proof that I havent used their service, I havent even owned a phone, and they admit it, why would I do this? this is the worst I have ever been treated in business, please help!
