Vivitek Faulty 56"inch T.V Sent Decision One to Try and Fix T.V but to no conculsion I Asked for a new T.V but they Wanted my Credit Card number So they can charge my account City Of Industry California

I purchased a Vivitek 56" DLP Rear Projection on 7/31/06 From Shop NBC I know this was against my better judgment but I believed at the time the price was right

After Several months of enjoying the NFL Direct T.V Football Package on the Big Screen I believed I was set,, Until the 7 seventh month.

First notified Vivitek of my problem 4/24/2007 (No Power) Case # 481-625

Vivitek set appointment with Decision One 5/8/2007, Replaced Power supply and main board, Results unsuccessful (ros) on hand from Decision one

5/29/2007 Called Vivitek to find out what there going to do. They had no anwser, they said what was replaced should have fix the problem? Vivitek Clueless?

6/2/08 I get a call from vivitek Im approved for a new T.V but I must fill out the advance forum and fax it over to them (did that)

6/6/2007 after completeing the advance forum I have to call them again and ask what going on, they said it take 3 to 4 days to process the paper work

6/12/07 after many intial calls they said in order for the approved T.V. to be sent out they must have my Credit Card number? (For Billing)

Think I'm upset?

all Records on hand and a T.V Have had many T.V repairmen come out and said (never heard of Vivitek) Don't know where to get parts. Sorry, yeah,, me too
