Voip Your World unauthorized electronic check withdrawal out of my personal checking account New Hampshire

So I got home from work and open my mail and noticed a generic stub for a draft written on my account.  Since I did not immediatley recognize the transaction and it being after 10pm I figured I would just deal with it in the am.  Wake up and first thing I do every morning is check my bank account so I notice my balance lower than expected and during further investigation found the unauthorized check draft from this "company".  I have never dealt with this company, person or whatever this is, so I called the number listed only to get a voicemail in which I left my number.  I also contacted my bank and am in the process of filing a dispute and will now probably have to close my account and get new ones which is a major inconvenience.  The amount taken out was $49.98 just like many others, this is ridiculous as consumers where is our protection and justice?  another red flag for me was the phone nymber listed is well over a year old and I don't use it any longer.
