Wal-Mart Walmark/ GE Visa Gift Card Dishonorable Businesses Nationwide Nationwide

The store categories did not apply. I had to check something to continue.  I received a Walmart GIft Visa/GE gift card.  When I initally tired to use the card it would not work. I took it to the local Walmarts in my area, and no one could assist me with getting the card to work. I attempted to call the numbers on the back of the card and one found othe internet; again none of the listed numbers work.  I have attempted over a two, maybe three, years period to get the card to work in various Walmart stores and online.  Not one person in any of the many stores I have contacted were able to assist me.   The numbers associated with the card are usless.  It is recording that that only allows you to enter numbers; after a while the call is ended.  It is awful that a large sum of money was used to buy a gift card bearing Walmart name; yet, I haven't been able to use a single penny that was suppose to be on the card.  Yet, when I go to the website, I see where each month some kind of service fee was subraction.  If these were honorable companies, I would have been able to activate the gift card, take it to my local retailer, and purpose desired products using the gift card.  Instead, each month Walmart and GE have ripped me off.

No one has been able to resolve this issue, other than to say, "I don't know why it doesn't work. According to the website it is a valid card."  That was all good...however, I have not been able to use one penny off the card.  It hurtful to know that the giver of the gift card was so excitied when he present the card.  Over the years it became an awful nightmare.  is there any way or anything I can do the resolve this issue.
