We purchased 2 walmart family mobile cells phones because we were tired of one of the big carriers increasing rates. Only to find that we lost 99 out of 100 calls.  Phone is in searching mode much of the time. If i stand on ladder outside and point phone to sky with homemade tinfoil rabbit ears it helped but my neighbors looked at us strangly. I am utterly disgusted. The walmart people in electronics are perhaps the dumbest people i ever met. I think they do that on purpose. These people would be better suited for the pet section or sewing section. Every time I go to walmart i peak down the prepaid isle and always warn the people fooled by the low price that it barely works. So I got a straight talk plan but it wont let me activate it on line cuz something wrong with there site. funny thing is thats only sold at walmart too. So i beat my family mobile cell phone with a hammer and threw my fifty dollar straight talk activation kit into garbage cuz it says no returns on packaging and i dont even want to hear it from the dumb people at customer service about return policy. Cell phones that work are for the rich and i am done with cell phones. I was totally ripped off and am thinking twice about shopping at walmart any further for other things. I would like to see them get rid of door greeter and have another register open. never enough people in elctronics and its your biggest most expensive items in there.
