SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Do not go into the WalMart in Cockeysville MD. The employees that they hire are rude and do not want to do their job!

Even if you complain to management, they management will treat you like you are crap and they are just as bad as the employees.

They are lazy, rude, and cannot even string a coherent sentence together.

The same goes for the Towson Walmart. They hire the dregs of society!

All they do is stand around and talk to eachother or in the back you can hear them scream and carry on and use the most fowl language and they don't care who hears them.

If you dare ask one of these morons for help, they will try their best NOT to help you. They will mumble.."Eye's dun't wook in dis depahtmunt"

The cashiers are a joke too.

They will have only 2 registers open with tons of people waiting to be rung up

Rebuttal to Walmart, Cockeysville, MD rude, etc.

AUTHOR: La Williams - (U.S.A.)

I shop at this store several times a month -- groceries primarily -- and have never found any of the employees to be rude in the slightest. Quite the opposite, in fact. They have been helpful in directing me to products when I was unsure where to look.

The prices are good. The meat and produce lasts longer than some of the more prominent grocery stores in the area.

The folks at check out have been, for the most part, efficient and pleasant. I prefer shopping there than at its predcessor store in Hunt Valley. It's easy access, in and out of the parking lot and I'm quite happy with the new store, and the employees. No problems here. And no axe to grind.

Same experience at Superwalmart in Cockeysville

AUTHOR: Idle - (U.S.A.)

I had a very similar experience at the SuperWalmart in Cockeysville a month or two ago. There had been a lot of goods shifting around the store the night I was there and no one knew where anything was. There were pasta sections in three separate aisles: I think the difference between each seemed to be what kind of pasta you wanted: lasagna, whole wheat, rotini, etc. The fresh produce section had a lot of spills on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up. I mentioned that to three different people as I walked around the store trying to find the pasta I wanted. (I am aware that stores move merchandise around so that customers spend more time looking for something and will spend more on impulse buys, but some things are ridiculous.)

I went to the cigarette aisle with my stack of soon-to-be-purchases since the line looked shorter. There were only three lines open anyway. I wasn't greeted by my cashier who just grabbed my goods roughly and started throwing them in bags. My bags were overfilled (especially difficult for me since I can't lift much). Even though I had been very careful to separate them on the belt some cleaning products were tossed into the same bags with food products. The cashier wasn't wearing a name tag and while she was ringing me up, she began talking to another employee who was just standing around with her. She spent more time asking the employee to go in the back and put her food in the microwave than she did talking to me. The "Was your store clean today?" question came up on the credit card pad which I responded with a "No". In other places I have been where that survey comes up and I enter no, the cashier immediately sees that on their computer and asks where the problem was so they can fix it....

When I had finally paid (still not a single word had come from her mouth to me about anything), I started to make my way out of the store. I don't like to raise a stink about things and it took me until I was almost to the door before I realized I couldn't let it continue. I turned around and went to the customer service area (conveniently located right in front of the offending cashier).

I was lucky enough to speak to a VERY nice woman who (shouldn't have) told me that they had problems with that girl before and that she was VERY happy to take my complaint to someone who could do something about it. (She sounded a little vindictive toward the cashier, but it felt good to know someone was listening to me). I made all of my complaints plain to her and was very pleased to feel that something would be done. When I finished, she told me I would have to tell the person in charge of some department or other (it was something like customer assurance or personnel or something) for the shift. So she called the woman over (who had been gabbing (about TV) with another employee the entire time I was talking to the customer service counter person.

I walked into that conversation feeling confident that I was being listened to. I walked out of the conversation with the second customer service person just feeling pissed. It was plain to me that she wasn't listening at all. She nodded and made a lot of "uh huh" noises. She didn't once look me in the eye. She said "okay" and that was that. No "I'm sorry you had a bad experience tonight, We'll address the issue with the employee." No nothing. Just an "okay", a blank stare into the distance beyond my left shoulder and silence. It takes a lot for me to complain, but I knew why the girl was still employed: Because those who can make a difference aren't in a position to... and those who can, don't care.

Needless to say, I don't shop there anymore. I now shop places like Safeway, where they listen to me and will even give me more and lighter bags when I request it.
