Wayne County friend of the court cashed my check for child support arrears and then sent my $ to the State of Michigan for collection Detroit Michigan

The Wayne County Friend of the Court sent me a child support arrears letter 10 years after my final child support payment. I sent them several letters explaining the situation and they kept sending letters that I was in arrears. After 10 years all my records had been discarded so I had no proof that I wasd paid up.

I sent them a check for the arrears amount, which they chashed, and then a month later sent a letter that the State of Michigan had been notified that I was in arrears and the state was instructed to without the money from any future tax refunds that I was entitled to receive. Help!!!!
