I don't know where to start about my horrible experience from the so called "we clean America"

The owner Michael is a greedy, unprofessional idiot, who rips off his non-english speaking maids, then decides to rip off the public.

For years I've been receiving his ads, and could not believe the advertisement finally, I had to see to believe I made the one call that I've regreted this man
needs to be prosecuted for his false advertisement and his nasty attitude.

The first time I called the maids showed up and said they could not clean our place in 2 hours that they need 5 hours, they called the rude ill-mannered Manny the manager and he told them to leave.

I then called Michael. the greedy owner, who told me he would come out to inspect the place, because he needed my account and my mothers very 2 weeks beacause he looses $300,000.00 per year from his office people.

He then came out with a field manager (it was her first day on the job) and he told her it was a great training session. Michael talked talked talked
and did not "walk the talk" he gave us nothing but a headache.

He then promised me, that his maids will get the job done for $75.00 flat fee every 2 weeks, as long as it took them 3, 4 hours that he liked me and that
he needed my 2 accounts because that was alot of money added up for the year.

He then offered me a job in his company, during his 5 hour stay at my apartment.

I called to schedule an appoinment, and told them there was a special arrangement, Jennifer said Bill would call me. Bill called and said he'll confrim with Michael and call me back, never receiced a phone call from anyone.

2 days later. I'm ready to leave and 3 hispanic women are knocking on the door to clean my place, I'm nice enough to let them in and see them in action,
they're there for 1 and they barely finished anything and say we're not going to finish anything sorry (all n spanish) thank god I took 2 years of spanish. or else everyone would have just used gestures.

I call the office to pseak to Manny, he says "listen, it's $135.00 not $75.00 because Michael changed his mind and they're leaving right now or we are suing you"

I then called back demanding to speak with Michael ( the owner) he said "listen, my maids need to get to their next job, or I'm firing them, I don't care if they are not done. Forget the agreement we had. I'm now losing money"

Well, losing money you lost a customer your not a man of your word, the maids did not speak a word of English, I had to clean after them they made such a mess, they left everything un done.

That was the worst $75.00 I ever spent and I tipped them $15.00 for being disorganized and giving nothing in return.

Please everyone works hard for their money except "We dirty America" do not no matter how desperate you are call this illegite company to send their people to your home.

This company needs to go out of business, bacause it puts the professional businesses to great shame.

This company is a complete rip off, and the advertisemnt company should also be held responsible for printing their coupons.
