Wells Fargo Manipulates checking account so fees are charged Minneapolis minnesota

So many times I've been ripped off by Wells Fargo I had to get it out there. I have a checking account and a credit line for that account which is to the limit right now. They will manipulate my accounts so fees will be charged. I will give a couple of examples. This has all started to happen since I was laid off about 4 months ago and I'm now living unemployment check to unemployment check and money is all real tight, but I do balance my account everyday.

First, About 2 months ago I had just enough money in my account for a purchase of about $100 and I did so. The next day my account reflected that I only now had about $10 left in the account. Cool, the money was taken out and applied to my purchase, it was not a pending charge, the money had actually been applied to my account.

The next day I went to look at my online statement (thinking I still should have the $10 left in my account) and I had a check go through that I didn't think would be applied for another couple of days. My mistake, I own up to that over draft charge. But here's the kicker - they now moved that $100 charge that was applied to my account back 1 day and they charged me an over draft protection.

There was nothing I could do, unless I took a screen shot of my statement from the day before showing that that charge had already been posted and the money was already taken out for that charge. So I called them and they gave me some lame excuse and said they could not help me.

Second, Every month my checking account gets billed for my credit line attached to that account. This happens on or about the 25th of every month and they just take the money out of my account. If I don't have enough money in the account to make that payment they charge me an NSF return item fee of $35.

For the last 4 months or so Wells Fargo has been playing this game with me that whenever I don't have enough money in the account they will charge me for this. For instance, I never got charged on the 25th of last month because I had money in my account. The second I didn't have enough money to cover the credit line bill they took the money out on 7-6-09. What the heck happened to the regular date where I made sure there was enough money in the account?

On top of that I had 2 pending charges that I did have money in my account for (one for $60 and one for $1 and I had $70 left in my account to cover those charges) and they applied the credit line $90 charge in front of those so I got charged 2 more over draft charges along with an NSF return items fee. A nice $105 steal for Wells Fargo on my account. I hope you enjoy my unemployment money, enjoy it!
