WELLS FARGO WACHOVIAWORLD SAVINGS AND LOAN Loan#0046280210- Signed bad loan when in a mental hospital several cities Nationwide

In 2007, I had a mental break down, almost destroyed my business and I took out a loan  for my home with World Savings. It was an interest only loan. I signed the loan papers while I has in a mental hospital, suicide watch, was in for 17 days, came out and went back in within 5 weeks. I have been in a mental hospital 5 more times over the years. EVery year the house payment got higher and was always paid. This year we have lost 4-5 thousand a month in our business and could not longer pay the payment. Started a loan modification with Wells Fargo and  the payment didn't go down. We have lived in the hose for 40 years and we are 70 years old.
