August 2008 I was employed with Werner Enterprises as a new CDL-A driver-trainee. November 2008 they had me change my license to a Georgia license to get assigned to a truck? It was truck #52419.Approximately February 2009 I enrolled and paid for my Dog to ride along but he didnt get into truck until April. May when the weather got warm And I needed to utilize the Air conditioning system it flooded the sleeper compartment while I was asleep in the unit with a fluid that I woke up and getting out of bed barefooted in stepped in. Later that day I began a series of issues beginning with my feet that spread over my entire body within the next week.

I was routed to the Georgia Terminal on day 2, at my request to see a doctor their benefit departments suggested, who falsely diagnosed me with having scabies. Returning to the terminal I was sanitizing truck yet again which I kept in immaculant condition due to the skin cindition, they decided to come pick a fight with my dog and with this being a holiday weekend, was able to confiscate the truck from me before I could contact someone to inform me to get a sample of the substance I had stepped in. My Dad had to drive from Michigan to Georgia to retreive my Dog as they threatened his life and myself because I was inflamed from head to toe and under the opinion I had scabies.

Arriving home in Michigan with an emergency doctor appointment I was told I was falsely diagnosed but without a sample of what to check for as to cause there was no way to find exact cause. My white blood cells were attacking my skin to fight what was invading my body, it was in my blood and attacking my organs. I contacted the HR Dept, about time off and was told i better return to work within 30 days or they would write me as voluntary quit but terminate my employment and they would not pay workmans comp. for this, I had been infected with the mold (??), and too bad it had not spread into my mouth. I inquired as to what she mean't but she laughed and did not reply further.

I returned to work via the Springfield Terminal on day 30 barely able to wear my required foot gear due to the medical issues. I was pulled aside by a Safety employee and told to not tell anyone she had told me this information, but they knew they had a mold issue with some of their trucks and this happened to another employee who ended up in the hospital with the mold attacking her organs and they terminated her writing it as a voluntary quit and it was illegal.

Not thinking this was funny I had wrote a complaint letter expressing all my concerns I had witnessed and endured during my employment and my concern was recovering and not being terminated needing 2 years OTR experience to qualify for better employment opportunity. I sent this letter to Senators for the States of Omaha, Georgia, and Michigan to cover all jurisdictions and Washington D.C, OSHA, EEOC, and many other Offices I thought of and that were referred by previous.

Someone even started a lawsuit on my behalf unknown to me but on file. Changes were made within Werners Company and I got to complete 2yrs. experience with many obstacles pushing me to resign or attempts of reason to terminate me. I survived.

July 2010 I was falsely terminated, for a false accusation, then told the accusation didnt exist  and they didnt have to explain or tell me anything. It was about my knife of which I called the Police on the company concerning this matter and the Police demanded they return my knife to me, and told me to file a case against them for the false termination and harassment. I was just glad to be away from them. I did not know the impact of them putting I was 'terminated for Violation of Company Policy' was going to have and the trickle effect of other companies using this to create a negative history in having me blacklisted. I've just learned of this blacklisted stuff because of some employees of companies telling me the truth about what Werner was doing to me. I have companies now putting this on my record for no reason at all to be in good graces with Werner.

I fought this immediately and still am to this day but because I live in the East and they are so far West representation has been impossible plus them being a very large company. Me being considered a nobody only seemed to make my employment situations worsen with every attempt. Hire Right seems to not care what Employers put on your report they dont ask companies to provide proof of their allegations, when you rebuttal it the companies just say no, then Hire Right told me I could offer a rebuttal statement but it is limited, not detailed, and you cant tell specific truths.

So now, here I sit still pleaing for help because my DAC is riddled with 'Terminated for Violation of Company Policy', although I have documentation to prove otherwise. Unable to obtain opportunity of employment, and if I do get employment they tell me they are doing it as a 'favor', I have to accept wage lower than my experience merits, they treat me harshly as if pushing for a negative reaction, and when they dont get the reaction and I simply resign because my MVR and SCA reflect good eligibility for all employment opportunities I apply for they are putting even more negative remarks on my DAC.

I am facing losing all that I have worked very hard to establish(My mileage record with companies will reflect this), my home, my credit status, I have no personal social life due to my skin affliction, my social activities are hindered (im humiliated and treated badly trying to get a simple pedicure at spas), and this negative image of my character is growing! All because I can communicate effectively and thought I was entitled to equal or fair treatment and follow procedure better than anticipated by them, and spoke up concerning what is unfair and unusual actions and punishment.

There is paper trail of enormous details of all that has been said and done. All I want are the records to be corrected and I continue to earn a living in a fair environment although I know that I am actually entitled to more action for all that has been and is being done. I also have, following Werner Enterprises acts, other companies following Werner's example. I will disclose this information upon legitimate request or it is on my DAC Report as disclosed via Hire Right. Will someone please help.
