RE: Account number (((REDACTED))) (Chrysler 200 2012)
I have been payng $278.00 since January 14th 2014, And i dont find a way to find out
what is my current balance,, when i called i dont get any answer about that and
the pay off amount. I have no records of my payment history. I request a breakdown and
i havent received that yet, I pay on line and usually when you enrrol on line you be able to check your
payment history and balances but there is no way to be able to open an account on line
to be able to see your account history. I am fedup with this company because i feel that they are mesleading me.
Is like a ghost. All you can do on line is make the payments and you received a reference number. When i try to make
a copy for my records i caint do it. i demand for them to make customer be able to open on line account so we can see
everything that has to do with my account. Ive been makeing my payments for 2 years now,,and when i asked once
what was the paid off amount for my car i still owe them almost $10,000. That is why i requested in deatail, about my payment history,,how much is the principal,,and the balance i owed. Please give this a priority before i report this
to the apropiate authorities, Thank You

Jim works for Western Funding

Jim, you obviously work for WF. I too have a loan with you in excess of 400 dollars per month. I have made my payments for a year, and paid a couple late fees. I put down almost 2 grand and yet I owe more than I paid for the vehicle... after 1 year. I don't consider this a loan, but rather a title loan or insane rental fee. I have even paid principal payments and you stole them. When I confronted your employees about it they keep saying "It's a simple interest loan. Isn't every loan simple interest? I hope an attorney sees this because I have more money for a retainer than I have for the vehicle. Wester Funding employees only make money on the scam they they have going. The interest only lines the pockets of the employees which get commission for taking payment over the phone. HUGE SCAM. Attorneys welcome to contact me via email.

Amortization

YOU signed a contract to make "x" number of payments for "x" number of months. What does your contract say?
On ANY auto loan, as well as home loans and other types of loans, interest is paid down FIRST and as time goes on, more and more of your payment goes to principle. This process is called "AMORTIZATION" and happens everyday in business and finance!
