This company is absolutely the worst company I ever dealt with just like the rest of you. They harrass you with 10 to 15 calls a day even after 1day of being late and having a 10 day grace period. But the final straw is when they agreed to restructure my loan to where I could take the December payment and roll it to the end of my loan only to reverse it and put it back up front then tell me I'm over 30 days late and grounds for repossession. Then when I wouldn't tell them where and when to pick up the truck they were going to put a stolen vehicle report on it. These people have absolutely no morals and should be put out of business IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Got to go and call my lawyer.

Seriously

Let me see here .... A company lends you the money to purchase a vehicle that you would really like to have, with the stipulation that you, in return, agree to repay a certain amount on a certain day each month.  Is this correct ?  And then, when you renege on YOUR part, this company suddenly becomes shady and has no morals, simply because they are asking YOU to keep YOUR part of the contract.  Correct ???  Oh, goodness.  What a horrible company !!    ROFLMAO !!!!

"These people have absolutely no morals"

I question the morals of someone that fails to pay their car note and hides the car.

You really want people to believe that you can't even make your car payments on-time but you have the money to pay a lawyer?  Or let me guess your lawyer is either a relative or you found one who will work for free.  Well I hope you get your money's worth, because the lawyer is going to tell you that they have every right to do what they are doing.

As for them reporting the vehicle stolen if you don't turn it in.  Have your lawyer explain to you what a "leinholder" is.  But I will tell you that they probably won't report it stolen.  What they may do instead is go to the court and get a court order that requires you to turn over the car.  When they do that a very nice sheriff deputy will show up at your house or work with the order to turn over the car.  If you decide to ignore the request the deputy will be more than willing to give you transportation in their custom black and white vehicle down to the local jail to allow you to re-think your decision.
