wholesale factory Be aware of Wholesale Factory Internet

I ordered a iphone 5 case on 11/22 with a promise by the company to ship 11/28.They generated a tracking number immediately so everything seemed legit. About a week later it stated that it shipped but tracking number on USPS still showed the same, no updates. Waited another week but tracking number staid stagnant and no phone case. I contacted the company by email and phone but no response. I then decided to file a claim with my creditcard company and leave it at that. Suddenly on 12/31, I received my case. On 1/7, I received an email claiming that I filed a fraudulous claim and I owe them a $75 fee including the cost of the case.

I called my creditcard company and refunded them the money but don't know if they will try to still collect the $75 fee. They claim in their statement they will. I tried to contact them again but no response.

The case while it seems legit, doesn't work well and after reading comments online, I think it might be a fake. I also found many reports claiming similar issues related to shipping and getting updates from the company.

Stay away from this company as something is fishy. I will keep you updated if they try to collect the threatening $75 fee.
