Wilshire will hold your home even if your in forclosure and no matter how hard you fight they keep winning why? Why has no one help these families? why am I a part of this too? Class action suit needs to be taken to put this fraud of a company out of business who's going to do this for us? I am in forclosure have a mortage company willing to help us get out of forclosure. Well at sheriff sale in January they took the deed and the title out of my husband name. I learned this while trying to close on our new mortage. I then contacted the attorney general and they told me thats not legal. so I got a number right to wilshire that was I thought was good. Talk to Neal Kerner his number is 503-525-7288 or here try Jay memott at 503 525-5600 this are well surpose to be costumer service complaint resolver but have not help me out at all. I suggest anyone having any kinds of problems with Wilshire call them or their attorney General. Dont wait for them to resolved the problem they are flippers they want the equity in your home. They do not want to help any client or home owners. Oh and while your at it look at all the property they have in holding www.wcc.ml.com look there. Another person you should not trust is olans and associate they are the middle man for the homes and swear they are not but all the properties are on their web sit. We found out alot next step is to send this to Date line, Prime time live, or anyone who will listen. Good luck and call me if you want to do class action Dave and Irene

The problem with the mortgage market started way back when the mortgate companies where forced to give loans to people who couldn't afford them or be charged with discrimination or unfair lending practices or some other BS. So, to comply, they gave loans to people who they knew could not afford them, and the people, who also knew they really couldn't afford them, took those loans anyway.

Fast forward to now. Now, the same ones who forced the mortgage companies to give loans to unqualified people are being accused of... preying on unqualified people! GIVING THEM LOANS THEY KNEW COULDN'T BE AFFORDED!!11ELEVENTY!! So, who is to blame? The mortage companies can't win either way; either give or not give the loan, hell, you're discriminating either way, aren't you?

The "MORTGAGE CRISIS!!!" is less than 1/2 of 1% of the entire mortgage market. Let's even be really harsh and say it's 1% or 2% or even 5%. Since when is a small percentage of anything a crisis? Then, out of that small percentage, how many homes being foreclosed on are actually family-owned-this-is-my-only-place-to-live homes and not extra flips bought by speculators? what percentage of the percentage will actually end up in someone being homeless?

Don't get me wrong; up until about three years ago, I might have been in that mess, not because we lived past our means, but because my husband got robbed and stabbed at work, had no worker's comp (found that out the hard way), lost 2k a month income in 1995 and had to work our way out of it and our ruined credit. I understand, and I thank God all the time that I don't have that to worry about.

The facts are that there are always extenuating circumstances, there are exception to every rule, but a contract is a contract. Banks and mortgage companies do not want foreclosed properties. They sit dormant and degrade from no maintenance. Bums squat in them, they bring down the values of the rest of the houses around them. But a contract is a contract. If you signed that mortgage, you have to abide by it. Whether it be a handshake or on paper, it's the same thing. You agreed to pay X amount per month with Y penalties if you defaulted. If you owned a property and were renting it, would you let someone live in it for free?

what did wilshire do wrong?

If I understand the first complaint... You say that at the sheriff sale the deed was taken out of your husbands name. I believe that is what happens when a home goes into foreclosure. The company takes it back. I find it hard to believe that no one would help you. We are not in the business of foreclosing on homes. There is great cost involved in foreclosure. That is why we do everything possible to avoid this happening. there is only so much we can do and I know for a fact you have to be severely behind before we will do a foreclosure. I am not trying to be mean but it is not our fault you could not pay your mortgage. You signed a contract and Wilshire simply abided by it. If you want to know the truth... Wilshire does not have to work with you at all. It is in your contract that if you fall 30 days past due we have every right to demand payment in full. Please stop blaming everyone else for your hardship. Accept accountability for your actions.

Wilshire a dirty company

Those of you whom defend this company have the blood of true Americans on your hands. You have no idea what is going on with them only what they post. We need to go back to the early 20th century where a man's handshake is good enough and you pay what you can when you can.

I have seen Wilshire foreclose on a couple with two kids in January in Rhode island where the temps were to be in the single digits that night they lived in their car!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and almost arrested. The father actually on the news thought about when everyone fell asleep to shut the window and end it all, some American Dream huh! Welcome to the greedy 21st Republican Centrury

WHY IS FORECLOSURE TO YOU FRAUD????

AUTHOR: MEA - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 07, 2008

WILSHIRE IS NOT IN THE BUSNESS JUST TO GO INTO FORECLOSURE ON PROPERTIES. WILSHIRE DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE HOMES FROM PEOPLE WE WOULD RATHER YOU AS A CUSTOMER MAKE PAYMENTS ON TIME FOR AS LONG AS YOU ARE WITH WILSHIRE. ALL THE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT LOSING THERE HOUSE IS CAUSE THEY CANNOT AFFORD THE PROPERTY ANY MORE AND THERE ARE MANY MANY REASONS FOR THAT. WILSHIRE GIVES YOU MANY OPTIONS AND STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO TRY TO GET CURRENT IF YOU CAN NOT THEN YES YOU MAY LOOSE YOUR PROPERTY TO FORECLOSURE IF SEVERELY DELQ. JUST AS ANY OTHER LENDER OR SERVICING COMPANY WILL.

DO NOT BLAME THE LENDERS OR SERVICING COMPANIES IF YOUR NOT ALBE TO MAKE PAYMENTS ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU COULDN'T AFFORD THE HOUSE. YOU CAN NOT LIVE THERE FOR FREE. JUST THINK OF IT AS IF YOU WERE RENTING AN APARTMENT WOULD THE MANAGER LET YOU STAY WITHOUT PAYING RENT FOR 3-4 MONTHS OR EVEN LONGER. OR WOULD THEY EXCEPT HALF PAYMENTS FOR THAT LONG TO. I REALLY DON'T THINK SO, SO WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE FROM BEING A LENDER/SERVICER AS TO A MANGER??? NONE
