Wilshire Fraudulant and Deceptive Portland,Coral Springs Oregon

Wilshire's "policy(ies)" are wholly unique. They are not of the norm!!!
I was lucky enough to get out from under their scam 2 weeks ago, but not before going thru some of the same horror stories I have read on this site.
I would join a class action against them if one could be brought on them.

I bought a condo in S Fla early in 2005, my note was flipped 2xs before ending up with Wilshire for the past year and half. The past 6mos have been the most stressful and illogical in dealing with a mortgage co. ever.

I went thru the rigormoroll of alleged lates and false credit reporting. I went thru them literally denying acceptance of payment for full amounts due. I went thru them paying for flood ins even though they were sent proof declaring them as the insured of the loan.

Get this, when the title co called to get a confirmation of the loan and if there were any lates, Wilshire told them they could not release any info without a notorized written request from me and that had to be sent certified.
I was on the phone with them 3 way and verified my self thru their 20 questions and still this info was denied. Needless to say, my new closing was delayed and only because a lawyer from the title co contacted them did they provide the requested info.

I would file with the BBB against them. I would call your local news stations.
Especially with housing and mortgages under close watch, this could only bring out the true fraud and bad policy of Wilshire.

If you get bought by Wilshire, refi as soon as you can, or you'll be in for a nightmare you'll never forget.
