On December 8th I placed an order for a custom wand from wizardwands.net.

Not only did they steal over $50 dollars from me, but they left a very disappointed 8 year old without a special christmas gift. DO NOT order from this company. You will recieve NOTHING. They WILL NOT contact you. They are thieves.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I had over $50 of damages. I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They will steal your money.
