I purchased a custom wand from this seller in April; my payment was approved on April 13, 2016. I waited the 4-6 weeks the site claims it takes for a wand to be made before emailing them. They said they were backed up all the way from Christmas time of last year on orders and it would take a bit longer.

Here it is now, Almost 6 MONTHS LATER, and no finished product. I even sent them two other emails - one on September 6, 2016 and one on September 9, 2016 asking what was up and have not had ANY response from either message. I'm incredibly disappointed in their business practices.

These people CLEARLY do not care about actually getting the work done. Just the money.

DO NOT BUY FROM WIZARDWANDS.NET.
