wrist-band, Jennifer, Jeff and Zara Lying to cover company mistake Houston Texas

I've made four orders with this company for several hundred items over the past year.  The first three were satisfactory...though the products are made/shipped from China so costs are unusually high.

However on the fourth order, my uploaded graphic was printed in reverse...making the English letters run right to left and backwards.  This made my 300 bands unusable. 

When I contacted customer services, they claimed it was my mistake that the printing was done backwards.  I don't have a reversed version of the graphic to upload.  They lied to cover their error and tried to blame the customer.

Since the work is done in China, it makes sense that they would miss if the English letter were being printed backwards.  Jennifer, Jeff and Zara in customer service all avoided the facts and chose to offer no solutions.  I won't be contacting this company again.
