I have had 2 radios for 2 years and recently got a 3rd one in March 06. 3 months later (June 06) the 3rd radio still does not work and cannot speak with someone that can help me. They sent me a radio that does not work and they are giving me the run around. Everytime I call the managers are very rude and they do not know what they are doing. They tell me one thing I call back and then they tell me another. I have spent countless hours on my cell phone calling them but they don't want to help me. They said that I have to call Dephi even though I gave them the money. I am about to cancell all my accounts with them.

PLEASE don't do any business with them as they do not know what they are doing!!!
