Yes Communities Increased rent on land third year in a row Greensboro North Carolina

We moved here from CT. Made it clear we were retiring here. Bought a home. Before we even moved in, received letter on rental increase. Next year an increase in water usage and again rental increase. This year was no different. Received letter third year in a row of a rental increase. When we moved here, we paid out of our pocket to have a double wide driveway and double wide car port. We paid to have landscaping done. We maintain the land ourselves. They do not mow, pick up leaves or maintain any part of the property. We know that the property tax didn't increase, so we questioned what their justification was on the increase of the rent. To this date, no response. Sounds like poor management to me. We would have been better off renting than buying. They really cater to those people. We are treated like yesterday's trash. Can't wait to move out.
