Shipping takes approx. 2-3 weeks (up to 21 days), if you had ordered on the 7th, the allowed time would be Dec 28. Please be a responcible shopper and account for the influx of Christmas pachages that the WHOLE WORLD is sending. We usually reccomend (if you called) to either use RUSH or UPS 2nd Day Air.

Young Explorers Young Explorer's Creative Educational Products Placed order for Christmas on 12/06/13, called on 12/19/13 and was told that 2 items were on back order, and that they had a problem with my address. They had my email, phone, total address, and had not notified me of any problem. Now they say that I will not receive the order until after Christmas, unless I want to pay expedited FedX 2 day for $30 more. What about their claim to guarantee satisfaction, plus they had also guaranteed to get the order to me before Christmas if ordered before 12/08? Chelmsford Massachusetts
