The Zbiddy registration process is a fraud. Like any registration process, you are prompted for your information and since it is an online auction site, they ask for your credit card information. Upon registration, you are immediately charged $99.00. Chat is a waste of time. Called customer service and was offered various things: half a refund and a gas card, then 3/4 of a refund and gas card and extra bids. Only after about 20 minutes of insisting firmly on speaking with the manager and canceling the charge, did the manager agree to it. He gave me a refund code but would not agree to send a confirmation refund email for 24 hours. They are clearly not afraid of the FTC, as a promise filing a complaint early in the conversaion did not elicit any help.
