ZPDI dirty rip off Forty-eight minutes of collect calls amounted to $134.47 SOB's internet

I received my telephone bill on May 31, 2003. I could not believe my eyes.

I have a 83 year old uncle in Knoxville, TN for whom I pay the phone bill. He has leukemia and I don't want him without a phone in case of an emergency.

Forty-eight minutes of collect calls amounted to $134.47 from these bastards at ZPDI. I have, without success been trying to get this amount renegotiated. ZPDI will not ablige. I have now implemented the collect call block as I am not able to pay such outrageous bills.

What a f@#cking shame I can no longer accept my uncle's phone calls. I just have to call him instead on my cell phone since long distance is free. I think cell phones are the reason for these b*****d's actions no less. Thank God for cell phones!!
