Reliable Telemarketing - Excel Telemarketing Took Our Money & Never Provided Services New York New York

This company promised us 5000 leads, and 5 telemarketers, all on a pay for performance basis. It was a total scam. They never provided anything they promised, and when we tried to call them, they will not return calls.

Then today, I received an email from them, with the call list they owed us attached. Unfortunately, it was a list with no business names, and not even for the right city or state that our campaign was supposed to run. They also sent me another list, which I presume was ment for another client, but worded exactly the same. The only difference was that the name of the company on that email was Excel Telemarketing.

I called Reliable Telemarketing, and the #'s have been disconnected, so I decided the call Excel Telemarketing, and asked for Holly Norton, and was put on hold. The lady on the phone then came back and said she was no longer with the company. I then asked for a supervisor. Low and behold, Christina, who was our project manager came on the line. I know it was the same Christina, because she knew exactly who I was, and asked if I received the list she sent today.

I told her that we are demanding a full refund, and the phone got disconnected. When I called back, no one answered at all.

This company is a total scam, and I hope everyone thinking about doing business with them finds there way to this posting.

If anyone is interested in a class action suit against them, we are more than willing to participate.
