It is so SAD to share my feeling this way ,
Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest.
They have no right to do business in US due to their behavior.
I am not sure if they are incensed, that is the next step reporting them to bureau. Doing business with them means throwing your cash in garbage,
PLEASE PLEASE if any one needs to do any business with them have a strong contract or even hire an attorney just for a firm agreement since they will take big advantage out of it.
Any one can contact me for more details for the issue I face with them.
My mistake was not to had contract with them, there for first they cashed my check, then they didnt finish my project, and asked for more cash.
