1-800Accountant They did not provide any service at all, kept $1700 payment Internet

I signed up for the year long subscription for tax advisory service in 2024 for $1700 and was supposed to have advisory calls with a tax advisor whenever needed. During the year I completed one call with Kellee G then sent her a follow up message on the portal with 8 questions because her time on the phone was limited to only 30 minutes. She attempted to answer 2 of them but her answers were not helpful or informative, she ignored the other 6 questions. I was never able to get back on her calendar because she was booked for months. There was never any response from customer service on the message feature in the dashboard and all calls go into a queue that hangs up on  you.

I tried to schedule with a new advisor because Kelle G was overbooked. I chose Gregory and he told me many customer were having the same problems and he was rethinking his relationship with the company. He promised to get back to me in one week to help me with my taxes but then they cancelled the appointment on the day of service !!!!

At one point I received a call from Mark who wanted me to pay another $1800 for renewal, that is the only time they ever reached out to me!! I reviewed the account with him and he said I have no recourse, citing a 30 day refund policy. I received absolutley nothing from them and have all the records to prove it.
