I and several users encountered a user by the name of @acem58 on a social media site called twitter.com.

@acem58 joined a conversation on an unrelated fraud case and, after a lengty unrelated conversation, asked for money.

We were warned by another [name witheld] user that @acem58 was a "race baiter", that this user would make fake profiles and accuse people of "racisim" or other libel online.



Then shaming them and others into giving them donations.

The user gives a "sob story" past but evidence shows this user uses blackmailing and race-shamming (and other related) tactics to get people to donate money to this person.
