PLEASE SEE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST previous business name of
Advanced Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology.
The complaint involved Dr. Martin Salm's office where I saw Dr. Alan J. Anthony who
had two other unsupervised techs excessively and unprofessionally laser my face
for one acne spot. Medical “expert” determined that facial damage was done.
The Nevada dermatology office falsely claimed in writing that the main laser
tech, Samantha Reith, was a Nevada Board Certified Aesthetician specializing in
medical aesthetics. They would not provide the name of the other tech.
