Repaired stucco and painted exterior. One month later, paint and stucco peeling off.
He came back to assess, chipped off the areas where stucco was peeling and said he’d return to fix. Never did.
Multiple texts to reschedule multiple times but never fixed so we have areas all over the house that he scraped out but never fixed. So many excuses, his wife owns the company but getting divorced, she needs payment in cash now (taxes) not check, car broke down, no shows, and on and on.
It’s been a year and now it’s radio silence.
