allfitty False advertisement and denial of refund Internet

I recently bought 3 vintage print t-shirts from allfitty.com for about $150 NZD. The shirts according to the description tab below their product pages on said website were supposed to be made from "100% sustainable cotton”. I found the description a tad funny because when i received my t-shirts they were made of a cheap polyester and two of the shirts printed designs looked nothing like the products that were advertised. After examining each shirt and becoming distraught from the fact that i had spent all of that money on shirts that i could have bought from a dollar store, i sent their "support” an email. I initially asked if i could return the shirts and promptly asked for a refund with photos of them to show that i was displeased with their product, only for them to reply stating that they hadn’t seen anything wrong with shirts and for me to "please keep them”. I haven’t emailed anything back as I know they will keep sending the same message as they have for the past 24 hours. Just hoping no one else goes through this, cheers
