ALSA Canceled Order Within 30 minutes Lost $500 Bell Gardens California

Under no circumstances should you purchase anything from this company. I made a purchase of their "Easy Chrome" product on 12.19.24 for over $500.00 I asked their tech support and was told I couldn't spray the product but that it would come in a spray can. I didn't want spray cans so I requested cancelation of my order within 30 minutes of paying. 12.28.24, still no refund of my payment, have sent a number of emails quoting order number and cancelation/refund and have not received any communication pertaining to my emails. All I can say is "Sour Grapes" and warn everyone of my experience and large financial loss by purchasing from Alsa Corp and their Easy Chrome product.
