White Lion Capital, LLC and Alumni Capital LP fail to fund many of the companies they sign deals with, the ones they did fund they illegally short into the deal to manipulate the stock price They also fail to pay taxes on commitment shares they receive. Both funds are secretly controlled by Ryan Hodson from Kodiak Capital who was shut down by the SEC and now hides behind the people at these 2 funds who conceal his identity and engage in money laundering

Both White Lion Capital and Alumni Capital came from Triton Funds which was controlled by Ryan Hodson from Kodiak Capital that got in trouble so they rebranded into 2 different funds, White Lion and Alumni Capital.

The strawman cast of characters Ryan Hodson from Kodiak Capital hides beind are: Ashkan Mapar, Arnold Nunez, Barrett Wilkins, Jared Alexandria, Dmitriy Slobodskiy Jr., Yash Thukral, Sam Yaffa, Nathan Yee
