America Green Solar AGS Took my money but no jobs done and continuously making excuses of delay Brooklyn New York

September 2018, a rep. Jared Logan,  from America Green Solar (AGS) promised to install solar panels on my garage roof upon my paying AGS invoice in full. The job should complete one week after my full payment and the job called for a day or two. Nothing happened.

After my inquiries by emails and phone calls, finally I was told that there’s a delay due to very busy schedule but it will complete it before the holiday. Nothing happened. By December 2018, many of my phone and email inquiries were ignored but eventually I received email stating that it would be done right after the holiday.

My attempt to call Jared Logan was impossible after Christmas because his phone numbers 877-538-7278 & 929-333-7457 were no longer working and his email isn’t accepting my inquiries. Eventually I inquired the FinanceAGS and received an answer from Christine Madden who stated that NYS rules and regulations are the reasons of delay.

I inquired her why the AGS didn’t tell me early, instead of promising me to complete the job as soon as I paid AGS invoice in full. Since it’s been over six months, I ask for refund but so far refused to date. I followed the company instruction but this company took money but no show and only one excuse after another.
