AMEX IT Solutions :: AMEXIT solutions took 250$ from me by giving me false promises and did not gave me any service and stopped responding after me making the payment:: Chicago Illinois

Respected Sir/Madam, My Name is Abhishek. On 22-Aug-2019 i received an email from ajay@amexits.com regarding the online courses they were offering. i was not knowing that it was a fake company promising the online courses.

The email was looking legit to me and i asked for a call to get more information. Following day i opted for one of their online training course of 350$. 100$ was the enrolling fees to get the classes started. I paid the 100$ fees through their website http://www.amexits.com/payments/.

Following day the courses started. They gave me training for 5 days and asked to pay the remaining fees 250$. i was not having sufficient amount and i asked them if they can take 150$ and i will pay the remaining 100$ at the end of the training course, to which they agreed.

The moment i paid total 250$, they stopped the course. The total planned sessions were 45. But they gave only 5 sessions and stopped. They started giving excuses that the trainer is not available. They stopped responding to calls, email and messages.

This is how they looted me for 250$. I request you to take a stringent action again the company and let other consumers know to be aware of such fake companies. i informed them that i will be filing a legal complaint against them to which they did not respond and i am sure they are not going to refund the amount.
