Anthony Martinez has set up a company called TXEP fuels as a total scam to defraud people out of money. It appears he has also set up additional companies as well. Do not invest in any company set up by Anthony Martinez.
He contacted me thru Dealstream and had a slick website and also sent me some very nice slick videos and spoke to me on the phone secveral times. Once I invested he quickly cut off all contact and also took down his website.
I reported him to the FBI late July but evidently they have done nothing as far as I can tell. He still seems to be continuing to work hard at defrauding people. I have evaluated civil litigation and would be interested in working with anyone else who has been defrauded by this scumbag if they are interested in persuing civil litigation jointly.
From what I can tell this scumbag has been doing this for years now setting up different companies.
