Approval Ready Consulting Approval Academic Consulting Jason Luthor Took Money for Editing a Dissertation and Did Not Provide It New York New York

We paid for an editor (Jason) to assist with a dissertation for a doctorate program.  We had nothing but problems. 

We sent a guide on the format requested by the university -- it was not followed. They did not send a tracked copy as we requested (so we could see the edits).  The abstract was done so poorly that we had to hire someone to re-write it. 

They did not keep a copy of the changes they made and requested us to send them a copy of their own work.  They asked US to remind THEM of their deadline.  The consultant said they would do the work personally, but then told us he couldn't answer questions until he got in touch with the editor.  We received edits that were not even complete sentences.

When the draft was submitted to a group of readers, the readers found many errors that should have been taken care of (spelling, syntax, formatting, etc.).  Unacceptable.

On September 7, 2021 they promised we would have the document (with corrections, revisions, and proper formatting) by the end of the week.  Did not hear back until September 14, 2021, at which time we requested a zoom meeting to discuss our needs.  Meeting was scheduled for September 16, but consultant did not show up.  That was our last interaction with the company, regardless of many attempts to contact them.  We never heard back -- no contact whatsoever.

We sent numerous emails and placed phones calls to the consultant and left messages on the main line.  We emailed the main site, the consultant, and even the President of the company.

No response -- we never heard back from anyone. 

After paying them $6000, we had to hire a different company/consultant to do the work (and clean up what ARC had done incorrectly).  The guarantee on their website is completely useless since they won't call back or do the work.
