This company does nothing to assist tenants. They use gaslighting techniques to get you to leave. Problems existed from move in. The apartments at two complexes were never cleaned updated or repaired before move in. Staff comes into apartment without permission under the disguise they are making a repair your word against theirs. Tried to excellerate my lease to get me out now i owe $640 because i failed to return keys when the office was not open. The communities pawn thenselved as market rate but both are section 8 one us also a tax credit community with under age tenants. I reported this to the regional manager and i am nutty and a lyer. Many tenants are unregistered and overcrowding and i am told mind my own business don't like how we do things leave. Its now unbearable.

There are pictured of me in my bathroim that are published by employees on the internet. Reported that to the manager. She telks me to stop with the lies because she will have me dragged out my apartment in hancuffs. Result corporate and the owner came to see me. Nothing was implemented it only got worse. I was told by corporate to stay out of the manager office. Quite complaining stay until the lease is up then move.

They continued to antagonize me saying there was nothing i could do. They were right my credit is ruined with two charge offs i may end up homeless. They said i made bogus calls to 911 with i askef corporate to verify i am told they don't keep records. I am being bullied by the corporate office in an attempt to discredit anything i say. There is a big hole in tbe wall that has been there for months reported to housing commission. Corporate was told to fix i am still waiting. I have had numerous maintenance issues tbat resulted in me call the housing commission. Basically neither apartment was in the condition to rent. These people fix nothing! My toliet leaked all over the floor and was defective and management told me to purchase and they would install it. Really? I finally got a replacement after talking to several individuals at corporate. I have had locks chaged twice by corporate due to unauthorized people in my apartment water leaks bugs lights exhaust fan no heat a lock on tbe meter no water garbage disposal leaky pipes broken faucets. Last month both closet shelves fell and had to be replaced by an outside contractor. All had to be approved by corporate in order for me to get maintenance to complete any repairs.
