This organization sales rep lied to me directly, deceived me about loan terms and when I asked questions about terms he absolutely lied while ruching me through the signing process only for me to find out afterwards that what was important about the terms was deceptive and totally false.. The entire process of obtaining a loan from this organization is filled to the teeth with misleading, fraudulent, fabricated and untruthful statements directly from the agents mouth !!!

Charging $300 stating that they didn’t receive insurance forms when my agent showed me they were sent…took $900 out of my checking stating noncompliance and failed to return the money when I showed time after time the forms were sent… Total disorganization within that organization where left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing …

poor communication within and charging customer for absurd requirements for insurance.. I would never have done business with this criminal organization had I been warned about them it had been told the truth about their deceptive fees and accounting practices
