Nov 6, 2018 i went to a doctor for a normal office visit. After visit they charge Ambetter but they did not paid because its not a correct code. i called banner to correct ...they tried and still got denied. After a while seeing the statement i file a grievance with Ambetter and they send me a letter stating its not my responsibility while Banner
put me in collection for a full payment. i showed letter to Banner...they still not satisfied and close my collection but start another payment account demanding payment. I sick of seeing the bills. I have insurance why are they after me even when i have statement from Ambetter they should not be after me.
