Barrier Window Systems salesman RandyBrozee 800-836-2136 Sold new replacement windows that malfunctioned Westmoreland New York

Salesman was unprofessional in demeanor, asked for a beer and a cigarette. Watched demo & sales pitch and signed purchase agreement. Installer arrived; very stressed and reporting fear of being complained about. Stayed several examples of mistreatment by company. Appeared rushed to install and attempted to finish Cauking and Dealing in pouring rain!! We told him to stop and he must return to finish in appropriate weather to do correctly.

Stayed again that he would be penalized for taking too long and that he had to pay for his own gas. Left reluctantly,returned I believe next day or so. Within a few years we noticed fog type appearance on a smaller window that didn't clean off. Area continued to spread and then appeared on a second window,finally a third. The areas measure up to 5" share to blots/ circular areas on all of the 6 grid sliders in kitchen and a small window over sink. It is impossible to see through these clearly but the main window in between is not affected. The same problem exists in the small bathroom window.

These are all on the same side of the house. When I began looking into fixing or replacing it had been several years from 2009 Fall installation perhaps 5 yrs. My husband was told the parent company-a French Canadian family business had gone out of business. The program paper is signed Josephine A. Cadieux  Secretary treasurer..

     All I want is for new clear windows!!! Any direction you give me would be appreciated These were supposed to be triple krypton/argon gas,Solar Control plus low E,and interceptor spaced..The warranty states 50 years.
