On August 24, 2022 I had lower lid surgery.  It was a complete disaster as now I have festoons and camoses,  After going to my appoinments they ssured me that they would not leave me unsatisfied and that they would fix it.  However, they wanted to fix it at tune of 2,500.00 after I paid 5,400.00.  He was very abrupt and said he couldnt do anything else.  He also said that I already had the festoon, but if he knew I had them why didn't he fix them while he was doing the lower lid surgery, instead of leaving it there so I can look horrible.  He said the festoond nothing to do with the surgery howver, that looks terrible too. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.  They are only concerned with the money.  His nurse was nice but was also assuring me that all will be well and that he will not let me stay looking so horrible.  They also have you sign a waiver so you cannot sue them. This was a botched surgery and he doesnt want to do anything to correct it. Total ripoff
