Signed up for their pro service, didn't need it anymore so I cancelled it about 6 months ago. Just found out a few days ago, they "reactivated" my account and charged my credit card again. When I told them to return the unauthorized charge, they used their "no refund policy" as an excuse to justify keeping the money they stole out of my account. 

The day they charged the money I told them the account was cancelled and they had no right to charge it, and they needed to return the money right away. I didn't use their service for a few months then request a refund or anything like that. I cancelled their service months ago and haven't used it since. 

If the charge was an accident, they could have seen quickly I didn't use their service and just say "oops, sorry, cancelled your service and refunded the money" like any legitimate company. But they aren't a legitimate company, they are a scam company that harvests the credit cards of cancelled accounts by "reactivating" them without their former customers knowing. They keep making fraudulent charges on the card, then hide behind their "no refunds" policy to keep from returning the money they stole. Since it's small amounts, they hope they will fly under the radar of the police and avoid criminal prosecution. 

TL:DR: DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, unless you want to be forced to cancel your cards to stop their unauthorized charges. This company is a SCAM and makes money by harvesting credit cards and charging them illegally until the cards are cancelled or expire.
