Sodas afford Explorer that had a severely damaged both passenger and driver side upper and lower control arms, bad ball joints, bad outer tie rods, and no breaks. The sales lady and owner Samantha promised to fix the problems if I purchased the parts.  I paid Samantha for the parts and then was to order them from Detroit Axel.

On four separate occasions they contacted us and told us the vehicle was ready, only to go there and find out it wasn't even done. They were trying to trick us into taking the vehicle unfinished and keeping our money.

After the fourth time we told them we just want the money back we're not leaving the vehicle another time. At that point Samantha and her husband both said take us to court we're not refunding your money, and admitted to not fixing the vehicle as promised.  The promise to do repairs is in writing!
