Out Of The Box Installation and Repairs
Absolutely Horrible! After several Phone Calls starting in May they Finally sent out a Service Man June 22nd to repair our Medical Massage Chair, My Wife and I both Depend on this Chair for our Medical Conditions. 80% of the Chair was working before their Service man arrived, But after their Service man worked on our chair he said he needed some Parts.
He Never Returned and now the Chair DOES NOT WORK AT ALL ! __NO one is returning our Calls. Out of the Box totally Shut Down our Medical Chair and No one has come back with the Parts to fix what they Messed Up. Now They WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS.
It is now August 1st and we have been without the Medical needs of this Medical Chair. The Worst of the Worst Service. Zero Stars !!!
