Purchased $2000 worth of massage services in advance from Body Effects Massage in Bellevue, Washington from owner, Amanda Baker. Amanda was unable to meet any appointments due to several excuses and reasons given. Refund option was requested, which Amanda Baker agreed to do in payments, however, after only 2 payments, failed to refund the remaining balance.

Contacted several times for over a year with additional excuses on why she couldn't refund, finally to the point where she is now refusing entirely - inviting legal action "if I want my money back" - this is ending up costing more than was left in balance for legal support, which she admitted as being her intention in several emails.
