I just moved into my 1st home in 2017 and was looking to purchase a pool for my children. I shopped around and did some research and came across swimmingpoolnow.com (SPN). The owner Boris Blank came to my home and we discussed pricing. I agreed to purchase the pool thru his company.
They asked me to pay 3800 as a down payment to start paper work. I paid it. Then all permits were requested by me and paid for by me which was an additional 875.00 i also paid for the survey of 850.00. Everything was set and now they requested an additional 22,000 to order the pool and anything associated with it. And I thought everything was going great until they told me I have to now pay the balance and I still havent seen anything.
This is where they started turning on me. I started getting phone calls from a "Partner" Paulo Silva stating that Boris stole all the money and they are no longer partners. Then Im told by Boris's assistant that I have to go after Paulo because the company was under his name. It all became completely caotic. 36 months later i still dont have anything. Please help me. I can explain more details thay make this story even more bizzare.

After theu viewed my post I received an email saying that if I dont rebuttle the post they will stop my project (after holding it for 2 years) and sue me for defimation. So in order to finally get what I over paid for I had to post the rebuttal. However I still stand on that they are a bunch of criminals. They should not be doing business at all. They rob people and threaten them with lawsuits if they complain. I have posted everything on the BBB page.

I would like to publicly apologize to SPN. This post has been made in error my contract was with PD Construction, LLC and not with Swimming Pool Now. SPN is a distributor and manufacturer of fiberglass pools and again apologize for the wrong information that was posted.
