Brandon Dellario manages 529 forest and 601 forest street in kalamazoo michigan.  He lies about everything and anything.  This man has trouble with the truth.  He demands you pay 3 months rent up front before he will allegedly show you his proposed lease but he never produces the lease for you.  He is crazy.   

He tells you up front the house is in great condition and fully furnished with a king size bed.  What a lie.  There is no bed and the condition of the property is below poor.  There is mold all over and the water is at a poisonous level.  There are holes in the wall and the homes smell like urine.

Oh and the craziest thing is that often times he sleeps over the house on the couch without any notice what so ever.  He says there is no drinking or drugs which is what he does with his tenants.  This man is a lunatic

Watch yourself here.  He will apply for State rent behind your back and double collect on you.  He is a fraudster.
